Eliminating the reliance on manual switches and pyrometric shut-off cones, Cress kilns feature an advanced programmable digital microprocessor controller providing unparalleled firing flexibility and precision:
Cone Fire Mode: Allows users to fire efficiently by selecting the target Cone number, offering 5 preset firing speeds (rather than the industry standard 3) along with an automatic final soak period to guarantee complete maturity and uniformity throughout the chamber.
Ramp/Hold Mode: Supports custom multi-segment user programs with adjustable heating/cooling rates and dwell times, granting potters complete mastery over complex glaze chemistry, crystal growth, and specialty firings.
Digital Keypad Interface: Full 12-key digital keypad paired with a bright LED display showing real-time temperature, cycle stage, and automated diagnostic error codes to safeguard both the kiln and your ware.
Structural & Design Features
Chamber Construction: Built with premium insulating firebrick (2.5" to 3" thickness depending on model) delivering superior thermal retention and reduced exterior jacket temperatures.
Multi-Position Lid Brace: Fitted with a heavy-duty steel lid-locking brace designed to secure the lid in open/vent positions during loading, unloading, and critical moisture venting phases.
Heat-Reflective Base Stand: Equipped with a factory-engineered heat-reflective stand and a protective steel base safety plate that drastically reduces floor temperature transfer.
Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time for pre-orders is 5-8 months from the order confirmation date.
This estimate is approximate and may be subject to change based on manufacturing and shipping conditions.
Payment Terms:
Customers have two payment options:
Full payment upfront upon order confirmation.
Pay 70% of the order value upfront upon order confirmation, and the remaining 30% upon arrival in Saudi Arabia and prior to delivery.
Order Confirmation:
The order is considered confirmed after the first payment (whether the full payment or 70% of the order value) has been paid.
The factory begins manufacturing procedures once the order is confirmed.
Non-Refundable Down Payment:
The deposit or down payment is non-refundable once the order is confirmed with the factory.
Non-Payment:
If the customer fails to pay the remaining payment by the agreed date, the matter is subject to the store's policy and applicable legal procedures in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The customer is not entitled to claim the product in this case.
