Pre-Order Terms & Conditions:

1. Expected Arrival & Delivery Date

• The product is currently undergoing international sourcing and shipping. It is expected to arrive at our warehouse within two months (60 to 70 days) from the order date.
• The arrival timeframe is an estimate and may be subject to minor changes due to international shipping conditions, customs clearance procedures, or supply chain delays. In the event of any unexpected delay, you will be notified immediately via (Email / WhatsApp).

2. Payment & Reservation Confirmation

• Reservation is officially confirmed upon completion of payment.
• Products are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited stock.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• During the waiting period: The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund within 3 days from the purchase date.
• After 3 days, the order cannot be canceled, as shipping and processing procedures for your order will have already begun.

4. Local Shipping & Delivery

• As soon as the product arrives at our warehouse and undergoes quality inspection, a notification and local tracking number will be sent to the customer.
• Domestic delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after arrival, depending on the city and the selected shipping carrier.

5. Modifying Order Details

• You may update your delivery address or contact number during the waiting period up to 5 days before the shipment arrives at our warehouse by contacting customer support.
